Great Experience I found the used car I wanted to test drive online. I called to see if it was still available. I couldn't get there for a couples of days. It is so hard for everyone during this Covid 19 Pandemic! I had to make an appointment for a test drive. Everyone was wearing their masks. We took the car out for a test drive and spent time looking it over. When we went back the salesman was very informative. He worked with us on getting the monthly payment where we could afford the car. We felt very comfortable while we were there, for about 2 hours. It was only two days from the time we drove the car to picking it up. All the Staff from Tom C. the Salesperson to Travis B. the Business Manager they were all very personable. More

Flat tire I got a flat tire and had to have it towed to Cortese. I used Ford Roadside Assistance for the tow and Cortese was late in the afternoon. My experience at Cortese Ford I have been with Cortese since i was a student at RIT (1997) and first car was Ford Aspire, Later bought Ford Focus, for my daughter, later I got Ford I have been with Cortese since i was a student at RIT (1997) and first car was Ford Aspire, Later bought Ford Focus, for my daughter, later I got Ford Escape, and Honda Accord for my second daughter, later traded this for Ford Fiesta, then Ford Focus, and later another Ford Escape, and i been treat as Cortese family, the service is great people are very friendly and I will recomend Cortese ford for anybody who is in the market for a vehicle!
