Not great. Poor communication. Deals change at delivery I'm asked to agree to a vehicle sight unseen that as it turned out had lot/delivery damage. which was fixed, but only because I inspected the vehicle before agreeing to a deal. What would have happened after, my fault? As it is, I've found more damage that was missed. And as if that wasn't enough, a brand new 2020 vehicle was delivered with no working horn. What's more troubling is how did it pass NYS inspection? I realized it when I couldn't warn a driver who was about to cut in front of me and did because I didn't have a horn on a $50000+ new vehicle. That's hard to look past. Now I have to make arrangements to leave the vehicle for a day for repair. More lost, wasted time. Really pretty frustrated with this latest issue. My family drives this vehicle too. More
The work I needed done took over 2 months to complete. Parts needed to be ordered and they never bothered to call. When cashing out, I was instructed to insert my card but was never told how much it was until asked. They never call when the service is complete, I always have to call them. Communication is key.
