Try to look past the little issues that arise with every sale or lease, but at the end of the day they just add up to more frustration, disappointment Try to look past the little issues that arise with every sale or lease, but at the end of the day they just add up to more frustration, disappointment and wasted time than its worth. Poor communication. Deals change at delivery I'm asked to agree to a vehicle sight unseen that as it turned out had lot/delivery damage. which was fixed, but only because I inspected the vehicle before agreeing to a deal. What would have happened after, my fault? As it is, I've found more damage that was missed. And as if that wasn't enough, a brand new 2020 vehicle was delivered with no working horn. What's more troubling is how did it pass NYS inspection? I realized it when I couldn't warn a driver who was about to cut in front of me and did because I didn't have a horn on a $50000+ new vehicle. That's hard to look past. Now I have to make arrangements to leave the vehicle for a day for repair. More lost, wasted time. Really pretty frustrated with this latest issue. My family drives this vehicle too. More
The work I needed done took over 2 months to complete. Parts needed to be ordered and they never bothered to call. When cashing out, I was instructed to insert my card but was never told how much it was until asked. They never call when the service is complete, I always have to call them. Communication is key.
