Happy customer Went in for routine oil change and problem with Ford Pass connection. A friendly, helpful dealership Every time I entered the showroom, I was greeted, escorted to the desk and offered coffee, tea or water. My salesman, Jack, may have been the youngest Every time I entered the showroom, I was greeted, escorted to the desk and offered coffee, tea or water. My salesman, Jack, may have been the youngest one there, but he was very knowlegeable and helpful. My 2020 Ford Fusion is a new breed of car. It doesn't have a stick for the gears (it has a dial), or a key to start the engine. It has many other innovations which were all new to me. Jack spent a lot of time with me, both on the day I test drove the car and the day I picked it up, to explain the new features and make sure I was comfortable with them and the car. On the day I picked up the car, while Jack was off attending to details, the manager, Shane Chapin, to visit, make sure I was satisfied and wish me the best with my new vehicle. My previous car, a Mercury Milan, was purchased from Cortese. I have visited their service department for years and have always been welcomed and treated like an old friend. I am delighted to write that the sales department is just as wonderful. Joann More
