Lack of knowledge and communication I purchased my Explorer from Cortese and wish I never had. The Sales dept. was nice and worked with me, however, Before leaving the lot they should ha I purchased my Explorer from Cortese and wish I never had. The Sales dept. was nice and worked with me, however, Before leaving the lot they should have made sure everything was working properly. It wasn't and the last 4 months was a nightmare. My car was in on 5 different occasions for the same issue, they are very lucky I did not contact the AG. Then to top it all off, the Service manager was very rude, and even made an effort on the phone to argue with me at a very high tone. I advise prospective car buyers NOT to use Cortese for your car buying experience, and definitely DO NOT use their service department. It is a complete disaster, stay away! More

Buying 2019 used Ford ranger Salesman was very busy. He had another customer waiting for him as he was doing my final checkout. That was good for him, but it left him very rushed Salesman was very busy. He had another customer waiting for him as he was doing my final checkout. He did have someone go with me to put fuel in the vehicle, but it left a bad taste. It showed Cortese sometimes misses the little things that count. This was my first experience with Cortese. More

Fixed my car but left me with a coolant leak Brought my car in to fix my AC unit. Picked up my car and the AC blew nice and cold, great. Drive my car a half a mile where the check engine light Brought my car in to fix my AC unit. Picked up my car and the AC blew nice and cold, great. Drive my car a half a mile where the check engine light comes on and the engine temp was maxed out. Pulled over and found that there was no engine coolant as it was draining from the bottom of the car. On top of that I found MULTIPLE caps in my engine bay that were not put back on the car. Extreme negligence on the service tech to not only accidentally causing a huge leak that could have seriously damaged my engine but also didn't bother to check over rest of the car to see if the job was done right. Patrick Zimmerman helped me out and personally took care of me, got me picked up, and towed my car. He was great and one of the greatest guys there for sure, he is the only reason for 2-stars instead of 1. The same cannot be said in my case about the sloppy, negligent, and unprofessional person who serviced my car. I am now extremely hesitant to take my car back to Cortese Service sadly. More

Daughters first car We made an appointment to view and test drive a vehicle at the dealership but when we arrived we found out that the car had just been sold. The sales manager David came over and apologized and said they would work with us to make it right by us, AND THEY DID! They worked to find a car that was as close to the original as you could get, only real difference was the color of the car. Jack Hawes our salesman was great and easy to work with. We will return to purchase from this dealership again. More
