High price for repair Went in to have 2 wiring harnesses replaced. Salt corroded the ends of the harnesses after the tail gate was removed for the winter. I did now know there were covers for the ends in the glove box. The bill for 4 hours labor and parts came to over $1000.00. Even with the dealership giving me a discount of 25% (which I am VERY grateful for) the final bill was over $900.00. Wish I knew the covers were there! Ford recognized the potential problem and provided the covers so not their fault. Dealership fixed ALMOST everything that was brought to their attention(factory strobe lights on hood and cab malfunctioning) so they get a 9 out of 10. Haven't seen the $1000.00 rebate check from Ford for putting the snow plow on either. More

Wouldn’t recommend at this time due to reasons below Needed appointment for recall. Made appointment over a month ago. Got a call a day before from service department canceling the appointment d/t out of Needed appointment for recall. Made appointment over a month ago. Got a call a day before from service department canceling the appointment d/t out of the recall part and to call in a month or so to reschedule because service department wasn’t sure when the part would be available. Called 4 times leaving a message at the service department to reschedule after a month passed. Every time we called we got voicemail- left message need to schedule an appointment and phone number with no return call! Four calls in a week and a half with NO return call! Very frustrating. So we stopped in on a Saturday to make an appointment! It took us stopping in to finally get an appointment! The service man blamed it on the phone routing! You all need to get it worked out! We have bought several cars from Cortese Ford and won’t again if this is how service on our cars is going to be! Just return calls!!! More
