Horrible service I brought my 2011 F150 truck to their service department a month ago for noise in the front end and an issue when accelerating, I even gave the servic I brought my 2011 F150 truck to their service department a month ago for noise in the front end and an issue when accelerating, I even gave the service department the Ford TSB that covered the issue I was having with my rear end. I get a call that they could not reproduce the problem but they found that I had a rear pinion leak and a front left inner tie rod that was loose. I decided to wait to fix the problem because the price quoted was high, I brought the truck to my mechanic yesterday and he looked at it and even showed me that the inner tie rod isn't loose and nothing is wrong with it but instead the spring on my shock was broken, as well he was able to reproduce the problem with the rear end right away. I called and spoke with the service manager Keith and he basically just said that the $107 I paid for diagnosing the problem was only for the rear end, and if his tech said that the tie rod was loose then it was. So if I would of went ahead and had them fix my truck I would of paid for them to fix something that wasn't broken and my strut would of still been broken. And to be clear the strut is very clearly broken and has rust around the break so it isn't freshly broken. And on top of it it took me three phones calls to speak to the service manager as he never called me back! I will never bring any of my vehicles to them again! More

The next thing was filling out the paper work to buy the car. Believe it or not I looked at a Black Ford Five Hundred at another dealership 12 years ago. But they couldn't finance me. Every time I went and tried to find a used car similar to what I have now it was sold before I got there. The Main thing is when Burt starts a sale he doesn't waste any time especially the excellent service the he provided me in the process. If ever I find somebody looking for a New or Used car Cortese Auto block and Burt Lyon as their salesman will be my suggestion. More
