I drove from Syracuse to Rochester to purchase a used 2008 Subaru from Cortese for my son. Tim May was very professional, and genuinely sincere about making my used car experience a good one. I had a few problem with my car that weren't discovered until I got back to Syracuse. I worked with Tim and Cortese and all was resloved. Brought the car to a Subaru dealership in Syracuse instead of back to Cortese and all car expenses were covered. Tim constantly kept me in the loop along the way. I have purchased many cars over the years, howwever never had such a great experience. I would highly recommend Tim. More

Needing a newer vehicle, I went on Autotrader.com, and came across a nice looking Dodge Avenger at Cortese Auto Group. After getting in touch with Lisa, who was very nice on the phone, I scheduled a t came across a nice looking Dodge Avenger at Cortese Auto Group. After getting in touch with Lisa, who was very nice on the phone, I scheduled a test drive. Be aware that there are two secretaries, which I cannot remember the other lady's name. It seems like it could be a problem, as they alternate days, and tend to get there messages crossed. My example would be I was told to go to the Ford store, but i was actually supposed to go to the Dodge store. All in all it was no big deal, as everyone I spoke to was very helpful in getting me to where I needed to be. After being greeted upon walking into the Dodge store, I was then introduced to Mr. Tom Fogg. Right away I liked him. Laid back and made nice conversation. Made me feel welcomed and comfortable. After some chit chat, we went for a test drive in the car. Drove great. Had more miles than originally advertised, but still great. He went over a lot about the car with me and asked if i had any questions. After telling him the price I had in mind, he really went above and beyond to make it happen. He hooked up satellite radio for me too, which was excellent. I would recommend Tom to anyone. If you can, ask for him. You'll see what I mean. Great saleman who makes you feel like he's one of your good friends. I also met the Manager Tony. Good guy too, if you have any problems or questions, he's the guy to see. He gave me a good deal on my trade in. Overall, pretty good dealership, made great by Tom. Love the car. Thanks Tom!! More
