I purchased the car I leased two and a half years ago in a different state. Cortese made all the difficult things simply and got me a great rate so I could buy my Ecosport. First oil change on my new car. Scheduling online went well and was easy. Communication the day of was poor to non existent. I called and texted my service advisor four times. I finally called and was tol at 430pm my car was ready. Disappointing considering I bought 2 vehicles from them. More
