I purchased the car I leased two and a half years ago in a different state. Cortese made all the difficult things simply and got me a great rate so I could buy my Ecosport. First oil change on my new car. Scheduling online went well and was easy. Communication the day of was poor to non existent. I called and texted my service advisor four times. Came in for an evap system leak and a new cannister purge valve was needed. They claimed to have fixed it but 2 days later the check engine comes back on and it’s the same code. As always, I was greeted promptly and courteously for my routine service appointment of a highly treasured and fairly rare 2020 Shelby GT500 Bring member of several Mustang/Shelby enthusiasts clubs and gr routine service appointment of a highly treasured and fairly rare 2020 Shelby GT500 Bring member of several Mustang/Shelby enthusiasts clubs and groups that literally span the planet, I see a lot of feedback from other Shelby (and Mustang) re: the service experiences they have. Nearly all are positive to one degree or another, but some folks report situations that reflect situations that show how easy it is for even a seemingly simple procedure can go wrong. In the case of our service visits to Cortese Ford, every maintenance procedure has been perfectly. We have had no need for any repair work as the 2020 GT500 was built so well. It is the first time I have acquired a new vehicle that needed absolutely no work to be done under warranty. At best our other vehicles have all needed "something," no matter how minor it may have been. We seem to be acquired a truly perfect built vehicle. No small feat considering the complexities found in any modern automobile, but especially so with such a lofty high performance vehicle. In any event, Lynda and remain (not unsurprisingly) raving fans of the folks at Cortese Ford. We have purchased (used) vehicles from them in the past, as well as the 2020 GT500, and every deal was clean and a good experience. The same can be said of our service (and parts) experiences as well. Funny as it may seem, I actually look forward to visiting their store. More
Although I rated 5 stars, and I've purchased 2 Escapes here, and I've been a customer for 9 years, I probably won't be back. At my inspection appointment last Fall, I was told I need something done to my brakes the would cost $500.00 plus. But, I passed the inspection. Told I would be ok if the Winter was mild. I had only 24,000 miles on the car. I asked to speak to the service manager at this oil change appointment on 4/20, but no one spoke to me. I've had no problems with my brakes. More
