I was pleased with the service overall, the only reason that it wasn’t 5 stars is because I got voicemail every time I called back and I didn’t get any details in the voicemails left for me. If I can’t answer my phone, you should not just say “please call me back” when you have no intention of answering on your end. Just leave the details in my voicemail. We did our dealings over the phone at first then did a test drive and finished over the phone. All went fairly well but probably would have been better all in person. Our salesman was off on the day of test drive and finished over the phone. All went fairly well but probably would have been better all in person. Our salesman was off on the day of the test drive so the dealership had someone else work with us which was difficult because all of the dealings were with the original salesman. Closing went fine, especially once we got into the dealership. The Finance Manager was very good and through. The salesman Burt Lyon was very good and did what was needed to close the sale and very attentive to our needs. More
