Recall on Truck I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I was without a vehicle for 5 days and it is a brand new lease I pay to drive! So that is something that needs to be considered. However my visit was overall pleasant because the issues were fixed and Darren was on top of anything else I needed. More

He lays down an info sheet on the new 2019 Ranger. PROBLEM! They aren't available yet and we need a new truck for the wife. Tom said no problem. We get one in I'll call you. Problem solved! Thanks Cortese Ford...problem solvers one and all. And thanks to the front end guys for polishing off that dozen donuts. More
