Not happy this time around......brought my 2013 Ford Escape for broken outside drivers mirror. Regret paying over $700 the same day for repair. Never received a callback so we waited 5 days and called the dealership, their response was, oh yea the parts here, bring car in anytime. Husband waited at dealership so they wouldn’t wait till the last minute to finish. Very disappointed, did not expect the bad service. More

Patrick in service is always very attentive. He tells you what's up, and what they can do to help. The issue price was more than the car was worth. We ended up buying a used vehicle from Phil. I needed to have some Ford Performance parts installed on my car. It was nice to know that Cortese Ford has a certified Rousch technician. Al in service set up my appointment and answered all of my questions my car. It was nice to know that Cortese Ford has a certified Rousch technician.
