Over the course of a week, communication was inconsistent, promised updates didn’t happen, and we repeatedly had to follow up ourselves. Eventually, the dealership informed us the truck failed their own inspection and could not be sold. While we appreciate them not selling an unsafe vehicle, this information came only after days of delays and uncertainty. We were then offered a similar truck but were not willing to honor the previously agreed out-the-door price, despite the inconvenience, failed inspection, and miscommunication being entirely on the dealership’s end. To make matters worse, the salesperson accidentally sent us an internal text referring to me negatively, which was extremely unprofessional. Overall, this was the most frustrating and poorly communicated car-buying experience we’ve ever had. Buyers—especially those traveling from out of state, should proceed with caution. More

I arrived at 1:10 p.m., finished paperwork around 4:30 p.m., and didn’t receive the car until about 7:00 p.m. I was also only informed at the very end that there was only one key. When I raised these concerns, a manager who introduced himself as Jordan Hidalgo stepped in. Unfortunately, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, and he placed blame on staff rather than addressing the issues. With better transparency and more professional management follow-up, this could have been a great experience. More
