He is rude and unprofessional, I called and made a complaint about him. Simone was supposed to call me back but it never happened. So basically it happened when we showed up to test drive the Yukon. Upon arrival, the Yukon was having battery problems, while doing numbers. My husband told Mario, we would like to talk to the manager, we don't feel comfortable with placing a deposit on a vehicle that can't even start. Mario then came back and said OK, talk to my sales manager. He said they're gonna pull it into the shop tonight. Take a look at it in the morning and we will let you know what's going on with it. Heathen said we will. I will be back on Wednesday and we will get everything taken care of. If I reach out to you and let you know what's going on. Tuesday Leo called me, said there was another family interested in buying the Yukon, they know about the ( battery problems) and they were approved without having to put anything down. His demeanor and the way that he talked to me and tried to bully me into putting a deposit down on a vehicle that was having battery problems is not okay. I then gave my husband the phone and he and Leo went back and forth. Leo then texted me 20 minutes after getting off the phone with my husband. And said I will have Mario contact you with an update on the Yukon. So now Wednesday comes around, I had to reach out to Mario to even see what was going on. Come to find out it was more than the battery and it had to be pulled into the shop for longer than they thought and it can no longer be sold as of now. No apology know nothing. More

We also purchased a platinum warranty coverage on this vehicle which is 10 We bought a brand new 2022 Expedition in July 2022 from Corwin Ford Reno. We also purchased a platinum warranty coverage on this vehicle which is 10 years or 100000 miles. The car has a recall on the brake lines, the transmission revs randomly without putting on the gas, it goes into reverse on its own from time to time, and the AC in the rear has gone out and is blowing hot air everywhere. All of this is covered under warranty, but they are not willing to do anything about it. They are also saying it is months out for the transmission to even be looked at. They are unwilling to give a loner vehicle / rental vehicle out for the time being and claim this program no longer exists, even though our warranty has this included with it. They had no issue though asking us if we wanted to spend $2500 for preventative maintenance on the vehicle along with topping off fluids. This is our only vehicle and it is used for transportation for 4 young kids, Corwin is the absolute worst and we will never buy a car from them again! More

After 3 weeks of "inspections and warranty work", I was told it was 100% good to go and made the 7 hr drive to pick it up. I trusted them. On the way home, the truck pulls to the right so badly that its scary. Took it to Les Schwab 2 days later for an alignment a manager said they'd pay for and it turned out to be the tie rods etc...estimate is $867. Sadly, dealerships here can't get me in until August. 3 days after purchase, the truck wouldn't start. Panic set in, knowing the dealership had already fumbled the worn out suspension that Les Schwab said were very obvious. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a cracked 6 year old battery My confidence in this dealership is gone. Management didn't call back as promised. In fact, Corwin hung up on us while I stood there with my Ford dealership trying to find out why my truck wouldn't start. I'm paying for a full inspection because the transmission is also shifty and will have another dealership resolve the issues that Corwin passed along instead of doing their job. Whether it was service techs glossing over problems or sales management declining repairs to make a profitable sale or something else, this dealership failed to provide a road worthy vehicle. I'm now in a race to have repairs done before their 3 montth warranty is up. More
Purchased a new Ford Expedition, got a recall on a brake line issue. Could not get them to call back so I stopped by to get an appointment. Could not even talk with the "lady" that makes the appointments line issue. Could not get them to call back so I stopped by to get an appointment. Spend 80K on a car and can't even talk to someone about a recall appointment?!?!? Called Carson city (30 miles away) and was scheduled on the first try. Should have bought my car in Carson City More

We have had some TERRIBLE experiences with the Service Department @ Ford in recent years. But they had a truck we needed for work, so we bit the bullet and visited their new location. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, which did not include any contact with service. Maurice, our salesman was wonderful. He made the whole process quick & easy. We helped by knowing what we were looking for, but his calm demeanor was a pleasure. We paid cash, so not a lot to do in finance, but I did appreciate Jeremy in Finance understanding that we would not be doing any service contracts for the reasons stated above. He asked, I shared, he got the point and moved on. I appreciated that very much. Corwin's new facility is lovely. Plenty of new clean space to hammer out a deal. Service Dept has a wealth of space now as well, so hopefully they've figured out how to better serve their customers. More
