Overall very good experience in buying a new truck from Corwin Ford of Reno! They were able to source a particular model that I was in search of. I had a trade-in and the paperwork process was very smooth. Corwin Ford of Reno! They were able to source a particular model that I was in search of. I have some service history with this dealer as well, and while parts supply is still a challenge nation wide, overall very good here as well! This dealership is under new ownership, and this is a good thing. The facility itself could use a facelift and some upgrades, hopefully that is in the works, it is a good location. Easy to get in and out of. Overall, 5 star rating, thank you! More

My family purchased 4 vehicles from Corwin Ford within the last year. Sales is AMAZING! The service department is a joke! It takes three months to schedule a service for my husband's truck. I had the c the last year. Sales is AMAZING! The service department is a joke! It takes three months to schedule a service for my husband's truck. I had the check engine light come on, on my truck, and the truck started running rough. Called today to get it seen, they can't look at it until the end of March. As a primary vehicle the only advice they could give me was " I am sorry we are very busy with vehicle warning lights, wipers flying off, etc., that is the best we can do". So if you purchase a vehicle from Corwin Ford, keep the less than adequate service department in mind. More
