I had initially contacted the folks at Corwin Ford Reno as I was very interested in a Ford Fusion Plug-In Hybrid they had just gotten onto the lot. I worked with Jake Azevedo in the Internet Department thr as I was very interested in a Ford Fusion Plug-In Hybrid they had just gotten onto the lot. I worked with Jake Azevedo in the Internet Department throughout. I had put down a $500 deposit to have the car held for me until I could make it into town to take a look at it. Unfortunately, the car needed a minor cosmetic repair job that required it to go into the auto body shop. This prevented me from coming to see it when I had intended to. The vehicle ended up being in the shop for a while, and in the interim, I found another car at a different dealership that worked for me, and ended up buying it. Given that I was unable to see the Fusion, through no fault of my own, and no unreasonable fault from the dealership, I reached out to Jake and the dealership to request a refund of my $500 deposit. The folks at Corwin Ford, and Jake especially, were gracious and accommodating. Jake stayed in regular contact with me, and provided updates all along the way. I ended up getting my deposit refunded to me without hassle. Jake and the folks at Corwin Ford Reno proved themselves to be extremely reliable, responsive, and gracious. High integrity stuff - would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car buying experience. More

My check engine light came on so I made an appointment had to wait a month to get in . I took my car in on a wed. it did not get looked at until friday, was told it had a faulty purge valve and would not had to wait a month to get in . I took my car in on a wed. it did not get looked at until friday, was told it had a faulty purge valve and would not be fixed until the following tuesday.The charge was of course not covered under warranty so had to pay 400.00 when I picked up my car it was very dirty on the outside from sitting on the lot I have taken my cars in the past to the dealership and they always washed the outside before returning your car so was I was very dissapointed but that was not the worst part I was halfway home and the check engine light was back on .I had take my car back the next day and had two wait two more days to finally get it fixed and was told a hose had not been tightened properly. I will not take my car back to this dealership. More
