My family purchased 4 vehicles from Corwin Ford within the last year. Sales is AMAZING! The service department is a joke! It takes three months to schedule a service for my husband's truck. I had the check engine light come on, on my truck, and the truck started running rough. Called today to get it seen, they can't look at it until the end of March. As a primary vehicle the only advice they could give me was " I am sorry we are very busy with vehicle warning lights, wipers flying off, etc., that is the best we can do". So if you purchase a vehicle from Corwin Ford, keep the less than adequate service department in mind. More
I have a complaint regarding the service department. I have a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium that I recently had serviced and had other repairs and recall work done, before I brought the vehicle to the deale I have a 2018 Ford Escape Titanium that I recently had serviced and had other repairs and recall work done, before I brought the vehicle to the dealership, my usb ports and 110V outlet were working correctly. When I picked up the vehicle after repairs were done, I noticed that my battery seemed discharged and gave me a warning on the sync screen, telling me it was shutting off system to reserve power, I also noticed none of my usb ports nor my 110V worked now. one of the usb ports weren't even tightened down and flush with the surrounding trim, making it impossible to insert any usb cable I brought the vehicle back to the Corwin Ford dealership, Sean Bouthillier swears up and down there is no way the techs who worked on the vehicle did anything to cause the mentioned failures, The vehicle has been sitting in the service drive torn apart since 12/22, with no answer as to what is wrong with the vehicle. I had to call Sean Bouthillier 3 times in one day alone, I text him and emailed him, Wednesday 12/28 he said he would talk to the tech, I called him yesterday 12/29 , he hadnt even bothered to talk to the tech. Every time I bring my vehicle to the dealership, the techs seem to break something or forget something. I shouldn't have to inspect my vehicle every time to check their work. They get paid to do that, I don't More

Took my car in to Corwin October 2021 to get transmission fixed under recall warranty, it has sat there for just over a year now and not once has anyone updated me on the status of the car! I have called 5 t fixed under recall warranty, it has sat there for just over a year now and not once has anyone updated me on the status of the car! I have called 5 times asking about it over the past year and all they have said up to this last call that they are waiting on the part. This last time as I left a VM for the service manager he stated they would order the part again. during this last year they have not fixed any of the recall issues it has as I still get notices from Ford and they have not fixed the brakes as I have asked them to do. They did put in a battery when it first came into their shop so I assume it's dead now and will need to be replaced again. This dealership does not care about the customer! I have waited a year to write this review and would rate them worse than it was when it was Jones West. While my car has sat for over a year and all the seals and fluids and parts will be going bad from not being used, it's not just that it has taken so long but the additional damage they are causing by letting it sit for so long. Please don't expect good service here...... More
The finance dept has managers and employees who are very professional. The service department at this dealership is the worst I have ever seen. Scheduled an oil change for 8:30 am and dropped my truck off the night prior. They did not start the service until 1:00 pm and did not finish until 3:45 pm. My check engine light came on so I made an appointment had to wait a month to get in . I took my car in on a wed. it did not get looked at until friday, was told it had a faulty purge valve and would not had to wait a month to get in . I took my car in on a wed. it did not get looked at until friday, was told it had a faulty purge valve and would not be fixed until the following tuesday.The charge was of course not covered under warranty so had to pay 400.00 when I picked up my car it was very dirty on the outside from sitting on the lot I have taken my cars in the past to the dealership and they always washed the outside before returning your car so was I was very dissapointed but that was not the worst part I was halfway home and the check engine light was back on .I had take my car back the next day and had two wait two more days to finally get it fixed and was told a hose had not been tightened properly. I will not take my car back to this dealership. More
The dealership resembles a used car lot. The service department refused to approach Ford on a issue which was clearly and specifically related to national recall. They just billed me for the $1,300 dollars and told me to contact Ford myself if I wanted relief from the bill. After considerable effort, Ford agreed to cover most of the repair.No thanks to Corwin Ford. A few months earlier they replaced the power steering on another car ($3,000.00). Both that time and this time, the cars were returned filthy dirty inside and out. I asked if they would estimate the cost of a malfunctioning convenience item in my car. They charged me $180.00 to give me a repair estimate. Other Ford dealerships don’t do that. I even purchased a vehicle from them a few months ago, yet customer service and satisfaction is obviously of very low priority. All they want is a quick Buck. I was planning on buying a car for my daughter after her graduation. I will drive much farther to another dealership. I’m fead up and finished with Corwin Ford for good! More
This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. Told service advisor front dome lights, visor lights and garage opener buttons do not work told her to have fuse changed. Guess mechanic was not interested in changing a fuse. After getting home, my husband finds the burned out fuse. Gets a new fuse and now our lights work. I believe we are owed a refund. Completely useless results on our so called serviced vehicle. End result: service manager never attempted to call or leave a message to discuss our problem, after dealership customer relations person relayed my dissatisfaction to him. More
