My service writer Stephen did great he communicated very well throughout the service as far as the work that was done we will see how long it lasts. I’m not very impressed with fords new 10 speed transmissi well throughout the service as far as the work that was done we will see how long it lasts. Sales and so far service departments are great, but the parts department is lost. They don’t call when parts come in, don’t research what is needed for the customer to install it, and won’t proactively tra parts department is lost.
