Jeff was insulting, and used sales tactics to make me feel stupid for not buying. Called me the wrong name, told me I “stormed out” even though I politely thanked the sales guy and shook his hand. Worst feel stupid for not buying. Called me the wrong name, told me I “stormed out” even though I politely thanked the sales guy and shook his hand. Worst experience with a car dealer in my life. Purchased a more expensive car, at a better value 3 days later. I wanted the truck at Corwin but refuse to spend my money in a place like this. I’ll make sure to share this story with anyone in Spokane wanting to buy a truck in the future. More
