Liked working with steffan. 3 stars because the Ford technician didnt run any diag after changing my cat and had to go back to the dealer a second time. I bought two vehicles from this dealership, a 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE and a 2021 Toyota Camry XSE. I bought service maintenance packages for both cars. Scheduling has been easy and the people in the service department have done an excellent job to make sure the service department completes a proper inspection of all components of said vehicles. Free tire rotation, free oil changes, inspection of brake pads, topping of fluids, tire air pressure checks all checked out on the status reports . Madeline is always polite and cordial and understanding of us senior citizens. She makes sure to reset the maintenance warning system on my vehicles, maintenance sticker is properly placed on door frame. Thank you More

Everything went pretty smooth, The only problems I had are pretty much industry standard kind of things. They offered very poor trade in value for my vehicle so I decided to sell it myself rather than ta are pretty much industry standard kind of things. I knew what I wanted and would consider myself very well versed on these type of things. They still trued to make me take the more expensive options even though I was clear about what I knew I needed. My salesman Dominic was great to work with and made it pretty simple once we got rid of the trade in. When I got to the dealership he took good care of me and showed me how to use the features on my new truck. More
