Was a pleasure to take my truck in, it was warranty work but they got me in, in a timely manner. Kaylea was great to deal with she helped me out and took lots of notes to find out what my problem was, corwin Ford also prints out an automobile status report which is awesome. I've never gotten one of tho lots of notes to find out what my problem was, corwin Ford also prints out an automobile status report which is awesome. I've never gotten one of those before . The parts department forgot to order my part. I need my car repaired for a road trip. They service department went out of their way, took a tail light from a new car on the lot and managed to get I need my car repaired for a road trip. They service department went out of their way, took a tail light from a new car on the lot and managed to get me done and out the door in a timely manner.
