Excellent I bought my Ford F-250 via the internet, sight unseen. Then traveled to Pasco to pick it up. Mike called and said it wasn't going to be ready until Thursday. This was a problem because I work 4 days on 4 days off 12 hour shifts and wouldn't be able to pick up my truck until the following Monday. Mike told me that they would have the work completed by the end of the day. The dealership was closing but they had my truck ready when they said they would. More
