I had to go out of town so my wife had to go over to pick up the truck. When she did, it was unorganized. The sales representative initially couldn't tell her what had been fixed in the shop, the fuel tank was only a third full, and about half way home she realized that the temporary license had not been placed in the back window. As far as sales representatives go: Daniel was the ultimate professional, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and helped resolve the issues on the delivery day. Brenden was always polite but he should be more responsive to the customer's phone calls and notifying when the vehicle would be available. More

My wife had very specific wants, and when the dealership did not have what she was looking for, Austin went to work. I never felt an ounce of pressure from Austin and he worked until he found exactly what we were looking for. Great experience I am a firm believer in shopping local and keeping tax money wothin my city. But there was nothing worth buying in the price range I needed. I came into town for the weekend and was in and out within an hour and a half. Wilson was a great sales rep. He was knowledge of the product and made me and my kids feel super welcomed and made sure we were comfortable. Kassandra has the paper work ready to go and was quick and efficient getting us in and out and papers signed. I’d recommend anyone to call Wilson at Corwin Ford!! Although it took much longer than anticipated (months) Corwin Ford was able replace the engine and return my truck in satisfactory condition. Michael Cunningham, the Corwin Ford Customer Service Advisor, was exceptional in his task of coordinating with the shop, Ford Engineering and keeping me apprised on the status of the engine replacement. The only other complaint I have is that who ever was in my truck left a horrible cigarette smell in my truck and that made me very mad cause I'm allergic to it. More
