My experience has been better than expected. I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing I say this because customer service has been great, even though I was not able to drive away with my pre-owned vehicle after committing to purchasing it well above what I wanted to spend because of problems that should have been corrected when they did their "thorough" inspections. Besides this issue and still waiting for repairs to be made, the team has taken care of me with a loaner vehicle until everything is right again. Hats off to them for being as busy as they are and still trying to make things right for me and my family. I still, wish they would have helped me out with something that seats my whole family. Still excellent IMO More

Oil spills left under the hood after oil change. Car wash was broken so no car wash. I have the Toyota care and maintenance packet but was told air and cabin filters were not covered. Lift rides were scheduled free of charge and promptly. Busy place so scheduling innadvance is best. More
