Corwin’s service center is garbage. Huge turnover in people over the past year. This was my 3rd visit to the dealership in which it has been increasingly frustrating. Called to schedul Huge turnover in people over the past year. This was my 3rd visit to the dealership in which it has been increasingly frustrating. Called to schedule a tire replacement as I have Toyota’s Tire Protection. Goal was to schedule appt and then get tire prices on two new tires to complete the set. Only needed two as 1 tire was replaced last year. Service rep answered phone, asked if I was customer and drove a 2017 Highlander. All info pulled up with phone number. Explained situation but wasnt sure about additional tire stock as they had 1. Not a big issue as I would talk to rep when I dropped off. Next morning dropped off vehicle, explained situation wanted quote on 2 new tires. Rep fired back that new tires wouldnt be covered under warranty, duh, and that I would need 3 with AWD. I never got to finish my sentence that 1 tire had been replaced last year. Tire plan also provides dentless repair which I asked about and rep relied they dont do body repair and I would need to go elsewhere. Overall tone was that i was bothering him with my questions. Went to reps desk and was told that he would call with prices. It was to big of an inconvenience to do it right then and there. Voiced my displeasure and left irritated. When rep called back he was more than happy to point out all other items I should consider such as coolant flush, brake fluid and finally tires. Simply put Corwin’s needs were placed and pushed before my need of 2 new tires. I got dropped off, went and signed for tire and was told my Highlander was parked in client lot. Went out to client lot and my vehicle was not there. Pressed alarm on remote and still no vehicle. I was already aggravated and keeping my temper in check but this was the final straw. Rep caught me before going inside, took my keys and attempted to locate vehicle. Went inside to see Service Manager, door was open and he was talking to an employee. Asked if he was busy and was told yes. He could see I was visibly frustrated and finally came out. When I was trying to explain he just looked like a lost little child without not knowing how to diffuse the situation. His #2 then took over and led me into the garage where my vehicle had finally appeared. Explained my frustration was told sorry and that essentially that they service over 300 vehicles a day and phone calls to service are directed to a call center. Also learned that the 3 people I had interactions with had only been there for less than 4 months. Not sure if people leave on their own due to the name on the building of Corwin and them not providing the support and didication to Service. My interpretation was that they are too busy in turning and burning volume when it comes to vehicles. Service is not the #1 priority as they can make up anything in volume. All in all that is fine but when I was out Highlander shopping I inquired about why Corwin’s sale prices were 2-3 grand more than comparable Toyota dealerships. I was told it was because of the quality of service and attention to detail when buying used vehicle. I find this to be xx after the following. Another kicker, I purchased the oil change package as it’s close to home. I have purposefully changed the cabin filter prior to taking in. After the visit I wad told I needed a new cabin filter. I also changed the cabin filter on a family member and friends Highlander. They took their vehicles in for oil change within 60 days and were told that their filters needed replaced. Those courtesy checks are xx as they dont physically check anything. The only thing they check is what is stored in the computer and if it hasnt been done by them then they will push you to foolishly pay their high prices and low quality service. We will see what happens after this review but as of now I would recommend a different Toyota dealership that doesnt have a high turnover of reps More

Corwin Toyota is an absolute joke of a dealership. I came here after researching numerous vehicles, ready to view, test, and purchase a used vehicle with over 12k cash. The vehicle i had seen on and r I came here after researching numerous vehicles, ready to view, test, and purchase a used vehicle with over 12k cash. The vehicle i had seen on and researched pulled up and immediately I could see damage that wasn't pictured on the website. So without opening a door I turned it down. The salesmen asked me a bit about what I was looking for and throughout this whole experience he was probably the most competent, respectable person I had to deal with. Long story short I ended up buying a used 2018 ford. One owner. Bought and serviced from another local dealer. The car was clean. Test drove wonderfully. Alittle smaller than I wanted but it seemed reliable and well taken care of. So the salesmen pulled it and a few days later I was there for purchase. Well if the first vehicles undocumented damage being a red flag didn't stop me, let me warn you dont ever bring these clowns cash. I showed up to purchase for alittle over 11k. Ended up going with a one year warranty only because they gave me a bad vibe. So it came to around 13k. And when paying cash they say cash, check, or card doesn't matter. I call xxxxxxxx I know a few local dealers. And I know sales. Cash is king cash makes conversation. But me not wanting to waste my energy on the incompetent I resumed purchase. Not even two weeks after I drove the car off the lot my check engine comes on. So me being a bit of a car guy, but not a mechanic or having mechanic tools I stop to have the code read. And it comes back as a misfire. So with my one year warranty I took it back to Corwin to have fixed. After two full weeks they finally realized it was a misfire. Needed a new engine. After another week they determined it was a common problem. Went from one replacement engine, to another replacement engine from ford. This whole deal stretched out over two months. My first service rep was on the ball. But than she quit and went somewhere else. So I got turned over to Sean. The service manager. This clown told me the repairs were 4k above my warranty coverage. For an engine. On a 6 year old car. 4 cylinder car. After numerous calls and nonsense I still paid over the warranty coverage. And then after my car was finished and ready I didn't find out it was ready till 3 days later when I called them. When I went to pick it up I was taken on a test drive with a service tech. He was a very honest guy and let me know that numerous techs, and service managers there have quit to go elsewhere because management cuts corners, scams, and does not care about the customer, or the upkeep of incoming cars. A day later I noticed a slight rattle. New engine. Alot of work. Dealer work. Shouldn't rattle. So I brought it back. In the service lane everyone acted like they couldn't hear anything. So I had them bring a tech out. He couldn't hear anything but offered to throw it on the lift and take a look. As he's looking for what I'm almost positive was a loose heat shield. I see a big glob of grease from my drivers side tie rod. Ask, he confirms, and bam replacement scheduled cover by corwin. Anyways long story short. This dealership is nothing but a headache to deal with. They'll cover problems, they'll scam and uncharge repairs to make a dollar, Sean is a worthless service tech, and who ever owns corwin should call me, so I can break thier worthless xxx down to less than a penny. This is the second time I’ve had a nail in a tire and relied on Corwin for a fix - reasonably priced at about $35 for the patch, and they tossed in the usual inspection to catch other problems.
