An out of state purchase that went well. In May 2018, our 2014 Cadillac SRX Luxury Edition was totaled with just 12,736 miles on it. Coulter Cadillac had a 2015 in the same color with the sa In May 2018, our 2014 Cadillac SRX Luxury Edition was totaled with just 12,736 miles on it. Coulter Cadillac had a 2015 in the same color with the same options with only 13,952 miles on it. They were the only dealer within 500 miles to have the desired combination of colors and options in a 2014 - 2016. We live in Orange County, CA and my uncle lives locally. He checked out the car for us and reported that is was like brand new. This was reflected in the pictures. We purchased the car sight unseen with all of the paperwork taken care of over the Internet, so we did not have to wait around for paperwork to be processed. This took well over an hour when we purchased the 2014 new. Jose handled the transaction and was very good about it. When I arrived to pick up the car, everything was ready only requiring a signiture to release the car. Apparently Coulter knows how to deal with out of state customers. A bit of polishing was performed at my uncles request, while the chef made him a cheeseburger! We don't get that kind of service in Orange County. The only thing that I can "ding" them on was when we sent the paperwork in, there was a day or two between when finance received it and sales was informed, so we went a day or two without knowing if the material had been received or not. Also, there was a bit of stain in the stainless above the driver's door that didn't show in the pictures and went unnoticed by my uncle. Perhaps it will polish out. Thanks guys. More
