Laid back, open approach Bo Bell's easy going, non pressure sales approach was exactly what I was looking for. During the test drive, I don't believe he even talked about the vehicle, just let me "experience" the car. He let the car sell itself. If it couldn't, I wouldn't buy it anyway regardless of how he tried to "sell" it to me. When it came to pricing, they didn't do that idiotic "let me go talk to the manager" technique and then walk away for 10-15 minutes and then come back and start the even more ridiculous "pitch". We walked over to the guy's desk together, Bo told him (right in front of me!) what I was looking for, he put the numbers together, asked if that worked for me, and done. Well almost. I wanted to go look at one other car before I decided. They said fine and let me walk out the door without any BS of "well, what can we do to close a deal today?" Imagine a dealer confident with their product that if you try a competitor's, you will come back for theirs? Now the closer. I went and looked at the other car and got the exact opposite treatment. Got all the old pitches and techniques. And though I did like their car slightly better, I got up and walked out and went back to Coulter. I had no desire to deal with those other guys, regardless of what they were selling. Coulter treats you like you are intelligent, an adult and a person, not just a sale. Well, at least that's how Bo Bell treated me. More

Another great experience with Coulter Cadillac I have come to enjoy the many qualities a Cadillac has to offer. After buying a base model SRX I quickly realized I needed more creature comforts and I have come to enjoy the many qualities a Cadillac has to offer. After buying a base model SRX I quickly realized I needed more creature comforts and decided to trade on a 2015 feature rich SRX. All I needed to do was call Grant and he found what I was looking for, negotiated the deal, and I drove my trade in and signed the papers with Lindsay and drove away in my new SRX. "Coulter on Camelback, a great buying experience." They are still family owned and you can tell. Nothing like the big chain dealerships where you're attacked the instant you walk in the door. At Coulter, you are treated like you would want to be treated if you were them. Just feel free to look...ask questions...ok to come back tomorrow. Obviously, they still want you to buy today...BUT...as long as you buy from them...whenever it's easy for us...it's ok with them...no pressure. I have dealt with Bill Jurczak on several of my purchases and would highly recommend him. He's been in the business for years and has been at Coulter for over 13 years. Stand up guy...straight up...no BS...he gets it. Plus, Coulter does what you ask. My wife HATES with how ever many exclamation points are required...the car buying experience...and whenever I can finally talk her into it...her only restriction is we have to be out of there in an hour. So we go look...decide on the car...I let Bill know when we'll be back to buy the car...it's ready and we are out of there in LESS than an hour.
