Follow up was within 24 hours for data requested from parts or service. Bo took care of this. I normally would need to attend to this myself at other dealerships. Bo listened intently to my needs in a vehicle which I thought were considerable. I did purchase from Bo who matched me with a great choice and made the experience pleasant and not unnerving which is what I normally expect. The best way I can describe the experience is I felt as though I was at a private country club being waited on by a personal assistant. Incredible! More

Excellent Customer Service Allan was a pleasure to work with. He was very pleasant; not like other dealerships that made us go from manager to manager to "strike a deal".
