A trade-in came in over a subsequent weekend that was a perfect match, and Bill Jurczak gave me a call. So confident was I in Scott's recommendation of me to Bill, and Bill's efforts in finding a perfect deal, that I basically bought the car sight unseen, went in the next day to finalize everything, and drove out one happy camper. I can't say enough how pleased my wife and I were with the experience we had at Coulter. This was without a doubt the finest car buying time I have ever been a part of. Bill Jurczak was extremely professional with knowledge of the Jeep we looked at. He had everything waiting for us when we arrived to view the Jeep. We had dealt with 6 other dealerships that weekend and I was in no mood for the same ole crap were given at the other places. Lies, misrepresentations, 2 vehicles we were told were still available were not there or sold already. As you can tell I was not happy with the results from the time and effort we put into searching for a Jeep. Coulter was the last stop for us that day and it must have been an omen. We were treated so well and made to feel so comfortable that it really didn't seem like a car buying experience. We drove the Jeep. We both liked it. Made Bill an offer. 5 minutes later we were buying our new Jeep. Bill explained everything we needed to know or ask and made this as painless as possible. We left and came home wondering how long it would take for the financing to get done so we could get the Jeep. I called Bill Tuesday and asked if I could stop by and do some of the paperwork to speed up the process. He said why not bring my wife and take the Jeep then. He would handle all the necessary paperwork right then and we would be on our way. I was shocked! My wife and I arrived, signed the needed papers and then had another great experience meeting with Debbie Niles in the financing department. What a great lady and funny too. She did everything in such quick order as well as some things we were not expecting to be done by Coulter. All in all, Coulter Cadillac was a total A plus in our book. I just purchased my new Cadillac ELR last week from the professionals at Coulter Cadillac. Everyone associated with my purchase was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely impressed that even though this is a completely new product for Cadillac with an electric drivetrain, the team at Coulter knew the car well and answered all of my questions. They even set up a personal tutorial for me on a Sunday afternoon to go through all of the car's features as well as the shortcuts so that I get the most out of my new car. However the thing that stuck out the most for me was how quickly we got the deal completed. From the time I walked onto their lot to look at the car (I had targeted the ELR) to the time I drove off away was just under 2 hours. That included a test drive, discussion and paperwork - really impressive!! At a typical dealership this is normally an all-day affair. I can honestly say that Paul Glans, Allen Hall and John Harrell were wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend them and Coulter to any of my friends and associates. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Cadillac ATS and the vehicle had to have a part replaced. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as I have today. Mr. Edward Stralko, Assistan and the vehicle had to have a part replaced. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service as I have today. Mr. Edward Stralko, Assistant Service Manager, made me feel as if I was the only customer he needed to tend to. He not only had a vehicle dropped off at my office for me to use while my car was being serviced, but kept me informed and updated as to how things where going. When my car was ready he said he would have someone deliver it to me. As he discovered, everyone else was already busy and he did not want to have me wait past my 5:00 p.m. work departure. He personally took it upon himself to drive my vehicle to my office and hand me the keys. I have never, in all my years of driving expensive foreign cars, experienced an individual or dealership that catered to my needs. I have to say, I am so happy to be part of the Coulter family.
