As a single female I've often had a difficult time with condescending salesmen. But from the moment I drove into Coulter Cadillac's used car lot I was treated with complete courtesy and professionali with condescending salesmen. I was more than satisfied with both the price of the new car and the amount I got for my trade in, and I left the dealership absolutely thrilled with both the new car and the overall experience. I do not have the opportunity to purchase a new car often. I am very glad that the old days (for most dealerships) are gone with the boorish back and forth and the uncountable visits from 25 managers often. The Buick web site made it very easy for me to research the vehicle and come in with a very good idea of what to expect. The respect shown at Coulter for the customer is greatly appreciated by us. Marty was a pleasure to work with, he was fully knowledgeable on the vehicles and was prepared to explain all details and answer all questions. Debbie was fully prepared with the paperwork to make the final signing regime fast and uncomplicated. We did however discuss the lack of more electronic options due to the cliental you have but I think that will change and the young guys like me continue to purchase (I am only 58 lol). Also it was great to have Marty sit in the car with me and show me all the bells and whistles and get me acquainted with the operation of all aspects including the set-up of the On Star and my cell phone. So overall a great and painless experience and I look forward to many miles in my new car. BTW 2 things to improve on: 1. Have that Shelby cleaned and polished and show it off! It was with some trepidation that I entered Coulter Cadillac in search of a new car. My previous experiences with "car salesmen" at other dealerships were not pleasant ones. As a widow lacking in any real knowledge of cars, I thought for sure I would be taken advantage of. I began my experience with Paul Glans. He greeted me with such warmth and made me feel that I was the most important customer who ever came in to buy a car. He was so thorough in his explanations and so willing to work with me until we had a deal. He was such a gentleman and so very professional. I immediately saw his integrity and felt safe in trusting him. Everything about Paul is an asset to the Cadillac image. It was such a pleasure to work with him. He made it easy for me to buy a car and to feel confident in my decision. My relationship with Cadillac did not end with the purchase of my ATS. I was then introduced to Roger Farney. I thought it would be impossible to meet another special person, but Roger was also such a gentleman with integrity. He finalized things and undertook a most challenging job of teaching me about my new car. His patience and kindness were incredible. He made sure I understood everything before I drove off. He also reassured me that our relationship would not end with the purchase, but that he would be there when I needed servicing or if I had any questions. He was so sincere and I knew he meant what he said. He could not have been any more professional. My entire experience with Coulter Cadillac was wonderful. We bought our new Cadillac, a month ago, and I apoligize to these two men for not praising them sooner. We were having too much fun in our new car. From the moment we walked in the dealership door to the time we left, we didn't meet one person that wasn't, smiling and helpful. From the woman that we got do-nuts and coffee from, to the guy that made our car spotless before we left. Now, lets get down to the real nitty gritty. Taj Linzels!!!!! Not what one thinks of as a "car salesman." No pressure at all, Explained everything about the car to us. We never felt like we were being taken. And know that we were not. Nothing but wonderful things to say about him. He has called us at least 4 times to ask if there were any questions that had come up. How we were enjoying the vehicle. We were made to feel like part of a family, not a get em in, get em out customer. As for Ed Stralko, what a guy. he also explained every little detail to us. And I watched him with just about everyone that walked in the door. He immediately offered his service to answer any question that anyone had. He sat with me while my husband did the paperwork on our new car. And he isn't a salesperson, he is the service manager. I have a soft spot in my heart now, for these two. We saw another vehicle on the lot we were interested in but it was the wrong color. When we explained what vehicle and in what color we were looking for Bill searched the entire inventory to try and locate a vehicle that matched our criteria without trying to put us in a vehicle we really didn't want just to make a sale. when my mother-in-law and i walked through the doors of the showroom we were greeted warmly. they made us feel welcome and comfortable. allen hall was the salesman we talked to. instead of hitting us with the showroom we were greeted warmly. they made us feel welcome and comfortable. allen hall was the salesman we talked to. instead of hitting us with a hardsell, he saw to our comfort first. he was kind and attentive and answered questions before we needed to ask them. he was thorough and patient, and even took the time to show us how to work all of the gadgets on the dash. we were not hurried or pressured at all. i will highly recommend any or all of my friends and family to go to see allen about purchasing a car. when people say that car dealers are crooked, i tell them to experience coulter cadillac and they will change their minds about crooked. I had a chance to check their service the next day with some computer questions. Scott Bergstrom was very knowledgable and was able to solve all my issues very quickly. The tire department was responsive to get the nitrogen levels exactly where they needed to be. Good people to do business with. More

Took the car for a test drive, liked it and sat down to talk numbers. Told Glenn my budget and he made it happen for a price I could live with! No games, no hassles, no problems! Debbie had the financing done and signed in no time at all and I was out the door in my new car. All the staff at Coulter were very friendly and Glenn was terrific. All in all, a VERY pleasant experience! I love my new car! More
