I grew up in a small town in Illinois where my Uncle was the Chevy/Olds dealership---and since moving to Phoenix I discovered Coulter Cadillac. They make it so great to buy a car---no pressure---they expla the Chevy/Olds dealership---and since moving to Phoenix I discovered Coulter Cadillac. They make it so great to buy a car---no pressure---they explain everything---and treat me as good as my Uncle always did. A great buying experience. This is the 3rd used Cadillac I have bought form Dennis Starks-----he is so great to deal with! And I recommend all my friends to him. The 1st Caddy I bought for cash and now this time have financed-----Michael Kemp was great in explaining the whole process to me----and educated me in the area of auto finance --- thus making this new purchase of my 2010 DTS a very comfortable and relaxed buying experience. I will be back, but am holding out for an ATS convertible :-) More

The service that I received was the best. I was greeted warmly by Bill Jurczak upon arriving at the dealer. I explained to Bill that I had my eye on a Chevy Impala that I saw on the internet I had been in warmly by Bill Jurczak upon arriving at the dealer. I explained to Bill that I had my eye on a Chevy Impala that I saw on the internet I had been in touch with Glenn Heiser and I came it to test drive the car. Bill called Glenn and let him know I was there. Glenn was due in 45 minutes. Bill rode with me while I test drive the car and answered any questions I had. When Glenn arrived he was also very warm and friendly. I never once felt pressured. Glenn trusted me and was very honest and straightforward. I knew I wanted the car so we went over numbers. I explained to him I would pay cash that I was waiting on a check that should be arriving within the week. He trusted me enough to let me drive off the lot with the car. He was very helpful explaining the on star system and how it can help save your life and can track your car if it were stolen. Before driving off the lot Bill came back out to the vehicle and sat inside with me and explained all the buttons on the vehicle and answered and remaining questions I had. I’ve been to four other dealers and purchased vehicles, but I can honestly saw that this was the smoothest and best experience I’ve ever had. I will recommend this dealer to others.
