No "up-selling" on anything but the leather treatment which is a no brainer. I was taking the car back to Las Vegas and wanted to rims swapped out with some others. The Enclave was ready the very next day. Marty met me at the rental car return to pick me up in the car I had just bought my wife and went over all the features. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had with any dealership i've dealt with. I've purchased cars in Nevada, Utah, California and now Arizona. If Coulter solds Cobras, I'd buy it from them as that's my next purchase. Great team of people. Very kind and sincerely caring about my wants. I would buy from them again. More
