Whatever the question, Cassidy either new the answer or got the answer from Paul Glans who was supportive but atypical of the car buying experience, didn't take over the customer service experience. She is a genuine, kind and willing to work without ever providing the kind of pressure than many car salespeople are famous for. Being in sales myself and having respect for our profession, I will not be suprized if we chose buying a car from Cassidy because of experience over picking the car only. More

Personally I have been interfacing with Allen Hall for close to ten years and have the customers needs and making the buying experience pleasurable. Personally I have been interfacing with Allen Hall for close to ten years and have purchased and/or leased 4 to five vehicles from the dealership he has been associated with. Allen is very straight forward, thorough (pays attention the the details), delivers what he commits to,and treats the customer with respect. Both Allen and Paul Glans have a long term view when working with the customer. Their focus is to insure the customer is totally satisfied with all aspects of the buying experience and that they become/continue to be an ongoing client. More

Purchasing a Cadillac at Coulter and dealing with Marty Katz ranks as the best car buying experience I have had in nearly forty years of buying cars. From the first moment my wife and I set foot in the sho Katz ranks as the best car buying experience I have had in nearly forty years of buying cars. From the first moment my wife and I set foot in the showroom, we were treated warmly and quickly developed an excellent rapport with Marty. It was clear that his goal was to ensure that we were well informed and that we made a decision that would satisfy us; not simply to make a sale. Marty's knowledge of the company and of the product line showed his passion for cars in general and Cadillac in particular and engendered a high level of confidence. After Marty guided us through the specific model and option selection, working with the finance staff was also a very positive experience. Pricing and finance were open, honest and transparent processes; if all dealerships worked in a similar manner, US auto sales would surge. I'm not sure if auto companies are aware of just how many potential purchases are lost each year to people's aversion to auto dealers, but it is very significant. However, unlike just about every previous car purchase that I've made, this transaction left me satisfied about the economic terms and about the process of arriving at that end result. During the weeks between ordering the car and delivery, Marty kept us informed of the timetable; we always felt well informed. Delivery of the vehicle was simply a continuation of the same warm, friendly, and knowledgeable relationship. Marty made sure that all of the car's many features were explained and he never rushed, even though I tend to slow down any such process with extraneous questions and comments - he is a true professional and a great representative of the Cadillac as the standard bearer of the US auto industry. Because of the manner in which we were treated by Marty and the rest of the staff, we will return as customers to Cadillac, to Coulter, and specifically to Marty Katz. More

I found the staff at Coulter Cadillac to be extremely helpful and customer oriented. I went in for an oil change and left with a new car! To say they embody the term, "dynamic duo" doesn't do them justice!!! They were the epitomy of a fun and relaxing car purchase experience and even took it in stride when I changed my mind and exchanged the car a day later for an upgrade.
