He answered every question I had regarding the vehicle and made sure to explain all the various features for which I was grateful. And then, it was a total bonus when the finance manager, Rick Baena, was equally engaging and genuine. In fact, Rick put in some extra work and was able to obtain a much lower auto loan rate than initially quoted, and I was ecstatic. Despite his rudeness, I did purchase the car and he passed me onto Ed at their service department. Ed was just wonderful.
