We had a very good experience in purchasing our pre-owned Acura MDX and trading our MDX at Coulter Cadillac. Mike Kemp, convinced me to purchase an extended warranty, which I typically do not consider. The car we purchased was of top condition, even though mileage was a little higher than I preferred and was presented as advertised. Also we appreciated the value received for our Trade-in. My wife and I visited Coulter a year ago and met Dean Cooper. When we decided to buy this time we looked at several cars at several dealers and were about to buy a used Cadillac Sports Wagon from Lund but decided to visit Dean and see what Coulter had to offer before making our decision. Even though he was busy waiting to close one deal and delivering another he again took the time to update us on our options at Coulter and introduced us to John Harrell who showed us your used car stock. When we didn't find anything we liked he searched other locations and found the car we eventually bought that was just taken in as a trade in. He arranged for the car to be brought to the Camelback location until we could see and test drive it. Once we agreed to purchase we had a very pleasent financing experience with Rick Beana, no hard sell on add ons, a completed the entire transaction in a couple of hours on New Years eve. I compliment your dealership on hiring such professional and customer service oriented people.As a person who grew up in a family that owned six Chris-Craft dealerships from the 1930s to the 1980s and who started out in the family business I'm probably more farmiliar than most with the challenges in creating such a positive culture and retaining the best people.
