I spoke to Alan on the phone, regarding a previously owned vehicle, before coming in. He gave me all the information I needed, and when I came in to look at the vehicle, it was to find that he was comp owned vehicle, before coming in. He gave me all the information I needed, and when I came in to look at the vehicle, it was to find that he was completely accurate in his descriptions. While looking the car over, I had a LOT of questions, and he answered them all with patience, respect, and professionalism. After the test drive, he gave me the time I requested to think it over without any kind of pressure whatsoever. After my purchase, and while I was filling out papers and making the payment, he parked my trade-in vehicle next to my new vehicle, which I felt was a thoughtful gesture. He then helped me link my iPhone to the car, showed me how to program radio stations, and answered several more of my questions. While I was getting ready to leave, I asked him what time he would have gotten off work had I not been there, and it was to find out he stayed three extra hours just to see me drive away with my new purchase! I am SO happy with my new vehicle, and I am VERY happy with the way I was treated at Coulter. Thank you, Alan, and a big thank you to Sarah, in the finance dept., as well! More

Buying a new car in 2021-2 timeframe is difficult due to limited availability, supply-chain issues, etc. So I put my trust in Coulter Cadillac to order a new 2022 auto. I knew that in the current environm limited availability, supply-chain issues, etc. So I put my trust in Coulter Cadillac to order a new 2022 auto. I knew that in the current environment that it would take longer, but the salesman, Thomas Burros, kept me informed along the way, and ultimately I got the new car just as I had ordered it.
