Car buying is a tedious process, but our 8th and final dealer was Coulter Cadillac which reminded me what a great car buying experience should be line. Bill Durst was knowledgeable and transparent, and an dealer was Coulter Cadillac which reminded me what a great car buying experience should be line. Bill Durst was knowledgeable and transparent, and answered from a Buyer perspective. He also was open when he thought there were options or considerations that we should add and subtract. Tim has been nothing but a great service provider with top notch customer service. I’ve had a couple issues with my Sierra and he had them fixed under warranty, no questions asked & back on the road in no top notch customer service.
