Exactly what we were looking for We had been shopping for a 2017 Cadillac XT5 for weeks. On Thursday, I saw a "Coming Soon" XT5 on Coulter's website. I phoned and was connected to Bil We had been shopping for a 2017 Cadillac XT5 for weeks. On Thursday, I saw a "Coming Soon" XT5 on Coulter's website. I phoned and was connected to Bill Durst. In answer to my question about when the vehicle was available, he replied "I'll call you back with 10 minutes." He did phone back to tell me that it had just come out detail and inspection and asked "how soon do you want to be here." I made an appointment for 8:30 the next morning and also told Bill "FYI, I hate, hate, hate buying vehicles, particularly from a dealership." Well, it turned out to be the best experience with a dealership that I have had in my long life. And the vehicle was indeed, just what we wanted, right condition, exterior, interior and price. Bill was exceptional in his communication and approach. We bought the XT5 and were in and out in 2-1/2 hours, driving the vehicle home. EXCEPTIONAL DEALERSHIP AND SALES PERSON!!! Highly recommended!
