Lexi is their on-line gal, whom was very patient, and Always got back to me immediately with answers, she was so nice and not pushy at all. When I arrive at Coulter, I was introduced to Dureen Olson (over 2 decades working here) in her sales dept. I was expecting pushy again, and multiple Top sales & other depts. to pile on .... No such thing here ....
