Happy Veteran I am a very old retired Veteran with limited mobility. Jose came out to my vehicle where I let him know what I was looking for. He ran around and brought up every vehicle of interest to me and parked it right along side my current vehicle. After two test drives I knew which one would be my next new Buick. Jose then sat me close to the finance offices so when the time came I would not have to move far. Paperwork was quick and easy, Finance was smooth. He pulled up a car close by so he could drive me to the bank for my check. He made sure to park close and opening doors has he had been doing all day. Returned me to the dealership parked right next to my new car that was washed and ready to go. He had already transferred all my personal possession to the new car and had me ready to connect power to my breathing machine. With some instruction on how to operate me car I was off. The easiest, fastest and most pleasant car experience I have ever had. Thank you so very much Jose. More

Going Above and Beyond I was in the market for a new car. There was three makes that I was interested in. One being the Buick Encore. Extremely friendly and no pressure. After driving all the other vehicles I realized the Encore stood out as the best vehicle for me. My dad and Jose continued to chat over the next few days to help me score the best deal possible. The day of the sale was pretty quick and straight forward. I was short on time as I had an appointment. Jose said if I had time to swing on back through so he could go over the features of the vehicle. To make sure I was comfortable with the operation of all the cool features on my new car. I did just that about three hours later. The sales experience with Jose had been top notch so far. Here is where I was blown away. During our time chatting while wating for finance we talked about alot of stuff and had some great laughs. I had let him know I was studying sign language in school. So before I left the second time Jose signed a few sentences about our time and thanking me for my business. Amazed can not fully describe how I felt. Taking the time to go above and beyond to make this the most memorable experience I have had buying a vehicle!!!! More

Best car buying I have ever had. Great experience right from the stat. We were greeted by Jolene, customer service/sales support. Shortly after he took us on a test drive in the vehicle we were planning to purchase. Stan was polite and responded to the point of our question. I would highly recommend Stan to my best friend for his courtesy and knowledge of the automobile industry and the vehicle we were considering to purchase. Great experience!! Sara (?) took care of the paperwork for us and she too was great to work with us. Overall experience with Coulter Cadias/ Buick exceeded our expectations and probably will return hopefully many more times for service and maybe purchase of another vehicle. More
