Service was done in a reasonable time frame, BJ kept the price affordable. My last visit I had the other tie rod replaced. If possible, I would like to have the same technician work on my vehicle. Salesperson was great but the rest was a mess. Wanted car title under a business but had trouble getting the credit report through so did my personal info. They knew I wanted it on the business an Wanted car title under a business but had trouble getting the credit report through so did my personal info. They knew I wanted it on the business and made no effort to switch it back from personal. I addition to not getting it titled the way I wanted I paid an additional $1000 in sales tax. NOT HAPPY More

I called to schedule an appointment on Saturday 12/21/24 at 9am. I was told there were no available appointments for this day. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to offer me an appointment for the n at 9am. I was told there were no available appointments for this day. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to offer me an appointment for the next business day. I declined. Five minutes later I decided to check online for an appointment. To my surprise there were multiple same day appointments available. Poor customer service satisfaction . I guess she wanted an easy day. More
