I have been a loyal customer to this dealership, purchasing six vehicles since 2018. I am thoroughly disgusted today, however, and will never return to Countryside. Received a text yesterday from Rafael, who was very helpful with our last vehicle transaction. He was touting a new lease special which was interesting to me. I responded to him explaining that our lease was not close to expiration, telling him the mileage, and explaining that I was only interested in working with him. He assured me that we could make something work. I explained that I was on vacation this week and could make myself available as convenient to him. We set up an appointment for 2:00 p.m. today. In the interim, I received multiple texts from other sales people at Countryside. As recently as 12:47 p.m. today, I texted Rafael to make sure he would be available because I did not want to work with anyone else. He assured me at that time (one hour prior to our scheduled appointment) that he would definitely be there. When I arrived, I was told he was on vacation. Tim (seemingly a nice guy who tried to help) texted Rafael and told me that he said, "I can call her tomorrow." At that point, I was ready to leave, but Tim assured me he could run numbers as well as Rafael. Within ten minutes, it became clear that a deal would not be reached. I am not angry that we didn't reach a deal, but I am furious at the treatment I received. This was a classic example of "get her into the dealership at any cost -- doesn't matter if we lie." Is pretty amazing to me because, prior to this incident, I was 100% loyal to Countryside and would not have considered another dealership. I would absolutely encourage consumers to look elsewhere. I deserved better than I got. If they treat loyal, repeat customers in this fashion, what are they doing to new ones? They suck. Would give zero stars if I could. More
I purchased my vehicle only because of Kuba Luc and Diego Valle. They listened to the issue and took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it. In less than one hour! I had waited one year for end of my le Valle. They listened to the issue and took the time to diagnose the problem and fix it. In less than one hour! I had waited one year for end of my lease to turn carbon. I wanted to purchase the vehicle on the condition problem could be fixed. These two gentlemen came through. Treated me with utmost respect - that is so important to me. I bought the car that same day. Thank you Diego and Kuba. More

We went in because the electrical system was just shutting down while driving. They made us pay $200 non-refundable just to look at it and said nothing was wrong. Took it to a small shop mechanic a w shutting down while driving. They made us pay $200 non-refundable just to look at it and said nothing was wrong. Took it to a small shop mechanic a week later and they found a big hole in the cooling system and fixed it for $150. Never going to Nissan Countryside service center again. More
