Thank you for your business, KIRTLEYC! Yes, the process is lengthy and often time comsuming based on lender approvals and licensing paperwork. We agree that in general ,the whole process can take too long and we have been working on speed for several years. With the use of our specialized software we are able to complete the process for most guests as quickly as one hour. We are well better than the industry average of 3-4 hours but that probably won't make you feel better about your 2.5 hours. And you are right that Saturday is often much busier and can take a little longer. Not knowing if you financed, or had a freeze on your credit I couldn't comment on the delays your experienced. WE appreciate your business and we hope we can provide you 5 STAR service going forward.
