Every vehicle we sell goes through a comprehensive inspection process, including confirming that key fobs and remote batteries are functioning properly at the time of delivery. That said, batteries can fail without warning. We would be more than happy to reimburse you for the cost of the replacement or replace the batteries for you directly. Regarding your concerns about the warranty discussion, we want to provide some clarity. As vehicle repair costs continue to rise due to inflation, technology, and supply chain challenges, many customers are experiencing significant and unexpected expenses when repairs are needed, often compounded by delays when parts are not readily available. Our intent in discussing warranty coverage is to ensure customers are fully informed and protected from those uncertainties. We frequently hear from customers who purchased vehicles elsewhere and later face major repair bills that they did not anticipate, often telling us they wish they had better understood or been offered warranty coverage at the time of purchase. Our goal is to make sure no important information is overlooked so customers can make the decision that is right for their situation, never to make anyone feel pressured or uncomfortable. We understand that these conversations can sometimes feel sales-oriented, and we apologize if that was your experience. That was not our intention.
