Amazing service service department! I am so impressed with the service department at Courtesy Acura, I have bought 3 cars through them and survice my current Acura TL and MDX there. My MDX was having some issues and I was in Northern Wyoming, over 500 miles away. They immediately went above and beyond, had a loaner car delivered to my location and picked up my car. This was a pleasant surprise and not something expected. I will continue to purchase cars through this dealership as well as have my car serviced through them. I highly recommend them. More

Routine Maintence Most recent visit was for routine service. I utilized the valet service; I'm currently laid up so figured I'd give it a try...it was GREAT! Acceptable - they were looking for the cause. During this time I received maybe one progress report. I had to call and leave messages. During my last call I was told my car was ready for pickup. I never received any communication from the dealership that my car was ready for pickup . Poor communication. More
Not As Good As I Expected This was the 2nd visit in regards to the same issue. The first visit, I was the the issues were fixed, but the paint was not applied correctly, and t This was the 2nd visit in regards to the same issue. The first visit, I was the the issues were fixed, but the paint was not applied correctly, and the issues with the sunroof reappeared rather quickly. This time around, valet picked up my vehicle and left me with an MDX. At the end the day (Monday), I was told it would be done on Wednesday, but on Wednesday, Chris was out sick, but no one replaced him to communicate with me. I had to call service multiples times before I got a response about the status of my vehicle. They told me it would be done first thing in the morning. Thursday, still no communication because Chris was still out, and I had to once again call near the end of the day to request a status. Friday a response from Chris, and I am told the wrong parts were ordered. Finally the parts arrive on Friday, and it's completed at the end of the day, so instead of waiting another day for the valet, I drive down there to get my vehicle myself. I have not had a chance to test the sunroof as it has been raining a lot, but the paint is still rough and greyish in the spot where the repair was done, and one of the chips was missed. More
Will NOT return for ANY service...... I brought my Acura in for an alignment. I ended up needing a few more repairs to the tune of $3600. No problem. Go ahead and fix. My car was returned I brought my Acura in for an alignment. I ended up needing a few more repairs to the tune of $3600. No problem. Go ahead and fix. My car was returned to me 3 days after they said it would be ready. No communication after 11am on Friday. I had to call back Monday to find out the status of the vehicle. When I picked it up I noticed a large amount of paint missing on the passenger door and the rear wiper blade was not working (that was one of the things it was in the service department for). The rear wiper was to be replaced. It was replaced with a front wiper blade and whoever did this, broke the assembly. I did not receive a followup appointment for these repairs until the following week. It took a week to get the car back (I had $12,000 of hail damage fixed 2 years ago. The body shop I took it to only had it for 10 days). When it was returned to me, there was a hole in the passenger seat and the step rails are missing the rubber foot rests (damage once again done while at Courtesy Acura. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to repair damages. I will not return. The staff was less than helpful. Chris was never there at pickup. The two other service advisers I dealt with (Connor and Matt) were not aware of the situation nor did they care to be helping me. Horrible experience. I will never return and I will be sure to tell others it won't be a great experience as well. More
