He quoted a fair price for changing out a fuse and let me know I needed to change my air filters. He offered for them to do this (although I declined and will do myself), but was NOT at all pushy. I appreciate a service department that is not trying to get you to do everything through them. He was very professional and helpful. Nice job on the car wash and vac and they even cleaned my windows on the inside that I have been putting off for the last couple weekends. I have used Ralph Schomp in the past but will consider Courtesy in the future! Thanks More

Chris Smith I had to schedule another appointment for my brakes as they were still causing me problems . Chris over saw everything and said my car would be ready the next day and it was. Really like working with him. More
