Beyond my expectations! Normally I am super defensive while car shopping, however when I stepped into Courtesy Acura that was not the case. I was greeted by Gizette, she had a friendly smile, introduced herself, and asked if I would like a bottle of water while I looked around. She was very helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to the different packages on the new RDX. After the test drive I knew the car was for me. When it came to the buying process it was all so seamless, and easy. After today it will be hard to find another dealer that can compete with their customer service.
