Top Notch Customer Serive Loved all the people we came in contact with from Joe the sales guy, Jake and Jeremiah in finance. We first met Joe about 6 weeks ago and told him wha Loved all the people we came in contact with from Joe the sales guy, Jake and Jeremiah in finance. We first met Joe about 6 weeks ago and told him what we were looking for and that we would not be buying for a couple weeks. He had exactly what we were looking for but did not pressure us into buying. We left but told him it was ok he could stay in touch which his follow up was perfect and not hounding. When the time was right we can in with financing ready to go through our credit union. He asked that we just meet with his head of finance which we agreed to. He walked us through everything and ended up saving us a ton of money by getting us a better rate then our credit union. By the time we sat down with Jake we felt confident in the team that was assisting us through the deal and never felt like we were being taken advantage of. He too was patient and answered all our questions. A+++ team for sure, thanks Courtesy Acura for all your help I love my new MDX :) More

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE COLE HARRIS, OUR SALESMAN, WAS AWESOME. HE GAVE ME A FAIR OFFER FROM THE ONSET UNLIKE THE OTHER DEALER WHO WANTED TO DICKER AND EVEN AT THE END WAS NO COLE HARRIS, OUR SALESMAN, WAS AWESOME. HE GAVE ME A FAIR OFFER FROM THE ONSET UNLIKE THE OTHER DEALER WHO WANTED TO DICKER AND EVEN AT THE END WAS NOT NEAR AS GOOD A DEAL AS COURTESY ACURA. I APPRECIATED HIS GETTING TO THE BOTTOM LINE FROM THE BEGINNING. WE WALKED IN AND HE HAD THE CAR ALREADY WASHED AND SITTING IN THE SHOWROOM AND WITHIN 45 MINS. WE WERE DONE. This is the second Honesty the best car buying/selling experience ever! Was introduced to Dennis Craig through a friend and we could not be happier. This is the second Buying/Selling car transaction we have done with Dennis and everytime it goes smooth and fast. I do my research long before I start down my path to trading in a car so I know what price I should be offered. For my trade in Dennis starts with the number I am looking for, no haggling no games. Boom, that part is done! I had a specific color/package both times, and Dennis made the ordering process so easy and always kept me updated on delivery. For this recent purchase, he hit the delivery date on the nose! Completing all the paperwork was quick and painless. Dennis was patient with my millions of questions. Taking delivery of the car was fun, they had the car in a beautiful room so you could look it over in peace and quiet to make sure all was good. The floors shined so much you could see everything under your car. Great dealership that is run well and kept clean. Everyone there is friendly, extremely helpful and not pushy. Dennis is a fantastic person to work with. We consider Dennis a friend and greatly appreciate how easy and comfortable he has made the car buy experience. More

Good Service I have read that you can call Acura and they will pick up your car and deliver it back to you. Well, we backed out of the garage and it died, all the I have read that you can call Acura and they will pick up your car and deliver it back to you. Well, we backed out of the garage and it died, all the systems were down. It would crank, but not start. The lady in service said, "When all the msgs come on & it doesn't start it is probably a dead battery. Jump it & bring it in." We could not get to it to jump it. I tried til it started & drove it to Acura. It turned out to be a fuel pump. The B16 service was completed & we brought it home. The parking assist was shut off. We read the manual, but couldn't find it. I called Connor & he told me how to fix it and everything is fine. I might mention that I have had several MDSs and the 2016 compared to the others is a rough ride. More
