Post Sale Service I purchased a Certified used Acura in 2014 along with a maintenance package. I recently went in for a regularly scheduled oil change. The serice age I purchased a Certified used Acura in 2014 along with a maintenance package. I recently went in for a regularly scheduled oil change. The serice agent was respectful and efficient. The staff noticed a slight leak in a tire and was able to quickly repair it while I waited along with the standard oil change and tire rotation. Having the car cleaned as part of the package is a very nice plus. I have been very pleased with the service organization. More

He hanged up on me I inquired about a Montero , at beginning he was very professional, but when I commented that a 1996 Montero at $5900 was way to pricey, he changed go I inquired about a Montero , at beginning he was very professional, but when I commented that a 1996 Montero at $5900 was way to pricey, he changed got frustrated and stated that they don’t sale whole price cars of 2-3 k $ or craigslist prices.. So I felt offended by his text , I know he did it cause he knew I was Hispanic, so he established my buying power at 2-3 k . When I called him about his offensive text and asked for his manager he just hanged up on me. I bought a $20,000 Car from courtesy Acura back in 2002. More
