Great Car Buying Experience I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and had a hard deadline to buy by the end of the week. I first spoke with Don in Finance to ask a financing I was in the market to buy a new vehicle and had a hard deadline to buy by the end of the week. I first spoke with Don in Finance to ask a financing question and he referred me to Dennis Craig in Sales. I visited Dennis on 8/14 with my little girl in tow to check out the MDX's. Dennis made me feel at ease and confident in going with an Acura MDX versus a Honda Pilot. I was pretty much sold at that meeting so I came in the next day on 8/15 (Dennis came in on his day off which I really appreciated) to purchase the MDX I test drove the night before. From the moment I walked into this dealership to the time that I drove off, it was the smoothest experience of buying a car ever. I've made several vehicle purchases in my life but this has been by far the best experience because of Dennis. Don in Finance was helpful and friendly as well. Oil change, brakes, etc. Service experience was excellent. They did a thorough job of explaining in detail what would be done to my vehicle along with a cost breakdown. Top Notch Customer Serive Loved all the people we came in contact with from Joe the sales guy, Jake and Jeremiah in finance. We first met Joe about 6 weeks ago and told him wha Loved all the people we came in contact with from Joe the sales guy, Jake and Jeremiah in finance. We first met Joe about 6 weeks ago and told him what we were looking for and that we would not be buying for a couple weeks. He had exactly what we were looking for but did not pressure us into buying. We left but told him it was ok he could stay in touch which his follow up was perfect and not hounding. When the time was right we can in with financing ready to go through our credit union. He asked that we just meet with his head of finance which we agreed to. He walked us through everything and ended up saving us a ton of money by getting us a better rate then our credit union. By the time we sat down with Jake we felt confident in the team that was assisting us through the deal and never felt like we were being taken advantage of. He too was patient and answered all our questions. A+++ team for sure, thanks Courtesy Acura for all your help I love my new MDX :) More
