Example of the, "extra mile" that I could leave you with is, there was a promo that Courtesy was running that you would get a free power bank charger once you came in and got your vehicle serviced; unfortunately they were all out, so low and behold a few weeks later Matt has mailed one to me. They truly live up to their namesake of Courtesy and go the extra mile to create a great experience. I purchased my first new vehicle at Courtesy Acura back in December 2013 and been taking it in for service since. Since then, I've taken or helped with getting service done for friends/family's vehicles at other dealerships in the area and cannot say I received the same level of service or had as great an experience as I've had at Courtesy. Lastly, I would say that every time I visit its always consistent... with one exception - they're remodeling the service area, so it is much nicer than it used to be. I would say I only know of one dealership that can beat the ambiance and amenities that Courtesy has to offer, but not the level of service! Lou in Sales is great too... When I was looking at vehicles Lou came by and made sure we were being taken care of and found out I was already working with another associate, while waiting he came by with a hot wheels Acura for my little boy. So we both left with new cars that day!! More
Courtesy has kept me happy since 2002 I now have a RDX after I finally gave up my RL which I really liked. I love the RDX, it's the PERFECT size with lots of oomph. Courtesy has done a great servicing my cars over the years. Paige,the service writer did a exceptional job this past month. I came in for a simple oil change, and had expected to be out in an hour or less. Oops, I had an airbag recall which Paige reminded me of..... After she gave me a 'loaner' so I could make my daily appointments I returned to pickup my clean, including tires and serviced RDX. Couldn't be happier. Tom Osborne and his staff have a great store. Will PS my other car that my wife drives is also a foreign made car. She loves her car, BUT loves the service I receive on my Acura...... a change may be in her future. More

Conner was prepared with an estimate, arranged a loaner vehicle, and followed up with a phone call when my car was ready to pick up. He carefully went over the invoice with me, explaining what was repaired and additional things I should consider. I enjoy working with Conner! I also want to mention Hollie Walters! She assisted me when my vehicle was ready, and I always like working with Hollie. More
A Great Experience! I came in after having already selected another vehicle from an Audi dealership, but wanted to look at the Acura's first, so I stopped in. My wife and I were immediately greeted by Dennis Craig, and he helped us choose a great vehicle and did so in a low pressure and helpful manner. Great First Car Buying Experience! I have lived in Colorado for less than 6 months and was shaken by the experience of having my car totaled by a hit-and-run while it was parked on the I have lived in Colorado for less than 6 months and was shaken by the experience of having my car totaled by a hit-and-run while it was parked on the street. I am serving as an AmeriCorps for the next year, and if you know anything about the AmeriCorps, you'll know that I didn't have much money to work with. Daniel gave me excellent customer service on the phone and then I showed up five hours earlier than my scheduled appointment, Sean took over and offered excellent service in person. He even rushed the installation of taillights so I was able to test drive the car and get back to work in a reasonable amount of time. On my limited budget they were able to get me a car with half the mileage of everything else I had been looking at in my price range. They were accommodating and answered questions like "would you feel safe putting your daughter in this car?" honestly. (My parents were understandably nervous about me making this decision by myself 1600 miles away from them. Sean was happy to speak with me, answer many naive questions, and also to get on the phone with my mom to reassure her. I was registering the car in another state and they were more than willing to overnight ship the title and other paperwork so that it would be in Georgia when I went back to visit my family the following weekend. Long story short, they made my first car buying experience a breeze and I trust that they will be continue the customer service if I am to need anything from them in the future! More
