From the moment I encountered my time with Paige, over a lingering noise that had started a year ago, I knew I was in good hands. She was warm, welcoming and understanding to my needs. She greeted me with a smile and followed up frequently with an "update" while my the service team was diagnosing the intermittent sound in my engine. She never made me feel rushed and wanted to make sure they did all they could to find the issue. I was offered a rental car for the time I was put out of my vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with Paige's service that I had brought her a Starbucks Gift Card as a token of my appreciation. Outstanding as always! Let me start by saying, I hate car shopping. I hate all the games and the hassel of the whole thing. So as our original leases were coming to an end, Let me start by saying, I hate car shopping. I hate all the games and the hassel of the whole thing. So as our original leases were coming to an end, I offered to go in by myself to figure out what options we had - that should speak volumes. Todd Connell handled our original leases and was amazing again handling our second leases. Todd and Courtesy Acura as a whole are outstanding - no games, just the down right honest truth. They respect your time, they honor your loyalty and make the whole experience a fun time. Before deciding to stay with Courtesy Acura (which wasn't a hard decision!), I visited another car dealership and it in no way compared with Courtesy Acura. I felt like I was wasting their time as soon as I said I was test driving only that day. I've never felt that way at Courtesy, even when I just asked to look at some numbers. Todd - you knocked it out of the park again! Thank you for making car buying something I would choose over a root canal, instead of the other way around! :) More

Ashley. She was knowledgable, quick, asked the questions that made sure I got what I needed but not what I didn't and kept in communication with me so that I knew what was happening at all times. When I return the the loaner and picked up my car I accidently forgot my water bottle in the car and even though it was beat up and old she took the time to contact me and put it somewhere so that I could pick it up at my convenience, I live far away so was not able to get right back but as soon as I did she saw me and made sure that I got it. Thanks for going the extra mile it matters. More

Service Had my new (to me) TLX in for its first service today. Stuart answered all of my questions and managed my expectations for service time. Fantastic experience We worked with Jeremie on purchasing our 2010 Nissan Armada. He was great to work with. We were interested in the vehicle shortly after they took it on trade and it hadn't gone through their full vehicle inspection. Anticipating there wouldn't be any major issues would went forward with the purchase process. Turned out there was a major issue with the heating system that they wanted fixed through Nissan. Jeremie put us in a new Acura MDX while the Armada was being repaired by Nissan. Once we took possession, after a few days it wasn't generating heat and Courtesy Acura handled getting it back to Nissan to make sure all was well and put us in the MDX again. Throughout the whole time Jeremie was great at keeping us in the loop and we were very pleased with Courtesy Acura. More
