Pleasurable Buyng Experience I'm new to Colorado. Moved from Dublin, OH at the end of November. My front-wheel drive Acura TL could not handle the steep snow-covered roads in Evergreen. So, on Dec 31, 2014, I purchased a 2015 Acura MDX AWD TECH. Jim O'Connell met me in the parking lot on my way into the dealership. From that point, the buying process was a pleasurable experience. I met several of the other sales people and the manager during the discussion of my needs. After the purchase, I spent at least an hour with Leo Falcam. He explained the various operations of my new MDX. I found this to be VERY helpful. I also appreciate that he is available to answer any of my question about the car.. I have owned an Acura since 1987. This was definitely one of the better buying experiences! More

It was not your typical stressful and pressured car buying experience and I will definitely recommend Courtesy Acura and Sean Wardrope to my family and friends. I also purchased the service agreement and will use thier service department even though I do not live close to the dealership. I really felt that Sean Wardrope and the rest of the Courtesy Team focused on my needs today and into the future.
