Service department had my car for 2 1/2 days and NOTHING was fixed! A brand new 2021 Rdx with a rattle in the steering column already?!? The “fix” which only muted the rattle/problem was felt and foam in my was fixed! A brand new 2021 Rdx with a rattle in the steering column already?!? The “fix” which only muted the rattle/problem was felt and foam in my steering wheel. So clearly not a fix on my brand new car. Oh and they didn’t start working on until the very end of the time they had it. Second issue not fixed was the center console not latching. Seriously, an easy fix yet apparently couldn’t get to it ….yet I was told it was fixed. If I could give a ZERO I would! For a premium brand this was not what I expect. Oh and I live in the mountains (1 1/2 hours away) so this will have cost me 6 hours of my time to get an essentially brand new car fixed…assuming they fix it next time…if I go back. More

Courtesy is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Michael W. is a helpful and knowledgeable service agent. early for my appointment but they got my MDX in quickly for a transmission service and did a thorough inspection on the car.
