Massaado, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear we did not meet your expectations during your recent visit with us. Currently our loaner fleet is dwindling daily and parts are becoming harder to get due to manufacturing issues all companies are currently experiencing. Loaner vehicles are currently scheduling out 4+ weeks in advance however we still do not know what our fleet will look like at that time. Due to this, we are offering complementary Uber rides for all of our guest in an attempt to still be able to provide the same level of service. Thank you for your understanding during these difficult times. We all look forward to the day when manufacturing and supply issues are behind us so we can provide the same level of service our clients are used to.
