I didn't feel like there was anything special about this treatment. I had to wait in the freezing cold for an Uber after dropping off my car. There are no Courtesy Cars available even though 4 were sitting treatment. I had to wait in the freezing cold for an Uber after dropping off my car. There are no Courtesy Cars available even though 4 were sitting in the cove when I dropped off my car. When I picked up my car, I was told to wait for it by an alley. After standing outside for 15 minutes, my husband called to tell me it was parked in the cove. Now, I have to find another time to bring my car back to the dealership, find a ride to work, then find a ride back to the dealership, because a part had to be ordered. I bought this car, because I was assured I would be treated well. I was told this dealership was about top notch service. I felt that way when I previously dropped off my car. However, nothing about this experience met my expectations or made me feel valued as a customer. More
