Everyone is very kind and helpful at Courtesy Acura. However, when I take my car in for service and repair- I need things to be handled correctly, not kindly. I was in for a 30K service and had to retur However, when I take my car in for service and repair- I need things to be handled correctly, not kindly. I was in for a 30K service and had to return a week later for a more major repair. The rep was at first scheduling my repair around his schedule- he'd be out at a conference for many days- instead of on mine. Finally I asked if another rep could handle the repair and it was only then set at my convenience. I should not have had to come up with that suggestion. I received MANY texts over the next days about my upcoming repair appt and that "all the parts are in". When I came in for the repair, I received a text very shortly after dropping my car off that the parts were in fact NOT in and would have to be overnighted. They had over 5 days to get the parts and get this right the first time. I had to cancel another appt I had for the car and rearrange my schedule due to this. I did have a nice loaner car for 2 days- hence the 2 stars. When I picked up my vehicle, before I even drove off, the "WASHER FLUID LOW" warning light came on! Seriously- after a 30K, over $1000 3.5 hour service that I just had the week before? Also, my custom tire valve stem cover for the tire that they were specifically working on at the 30K service was missing. I asked the repair rep to maybe just check if it was found. It was not- fine- but when he reported back he had the nerve to say "the service tech thinks maybe the car came in without it". No- I don't think so and even if you think that- keep that to yourself. Maybe provide me with an extra/spare valve stem cover- that would be true customer service!! These are small things- but if these things were not handled correctly- what else on my vehicle was not done right? More
We've taken our Acura to this location several times now and continue to get the best customer service and service on our car. The repairs took less time than I was afraid it would and the same day!
