Thank you so much for reaching out! There is nothing really to resolve. I resolved the VERY minor issues by buying all new valve stem caps and putting a gallon of washer fluid in myself. Yes, it stunk to spend any $ where I should not have to, but such is life. I usually only write positive reviews as there is too much negativity out there and there are WAY MORE important things going on in the world right now ;). However, the customer service felt very disingenuous after it all played out and that never sits well with me. I will still always be in awe that 1. a rep was trying to schedule my repair (a major one on my E-brake mind you) around his schedule, 2. Washer fluid was not filled on a 30 K service, and 3. a missing tiny part was blamed on me and then not even offered or attempted to replace at the service dept- a place I am sure that has 100s of extras! These are the basics of the basics! If I was an admin there, I would want to know about all of this. I know Acura has been working on that for years. I had an MDX when they first came out, after an Integra for 10 years. We had another MDX as a new family and now the ASPEC. We will be moving on after this lease as CO demands much more in the snow. Honestly, mistakes happen and things get forgotten. The worst part of this experience was definitely the comment about "maybe the car came in without it". Not that it matters, but not only do I always change out plastic tire valve stem caps with more sturdy ones on my cars- but if I fill my tires or have work done on our cars involving tires- I actually check the caps and tighten them at home. One or two are always loose- and once in a while, one is gone. So...no- do not blame your lack of attention to detail on me. Ever. And certainly don't do it with a fake smile. ;)
