Lack of communication Sunday while driving down from Silverthorne, I used S drive, my engine light began blinking, and then my transmission began slipping near the top of F Sunday while driving down from Silverthorne, I used S drive, my engine light began blinking, and then my transmission began slipping near the top of Floyd Hill. It recovered when I went back to D. That night I went to the Courtesy website, and was able to schedule a service appointment with valet at 9:15 Monday morning. I received an email confirmation that night. At 8:00 Monday I called to find out when the valet service with a loaner would be by. Mike, the Servicewriter said I didn’t have an appointment in fact there weren’t any loaners or valet service available. He said the website wasn’t supposed to be open or functioning. He did say I could bring my RDX for diagnostic at 11:00 or schedule an appointment for the fo.llowing. At 11:00 I brought my vehicle in, but didn’t want to wait in the waiting room as I am 75 and deemed to be high risk for Covid 19. Instead I went to the showroom to wait for Brock the GM. Eventually I did meet with Brock who stated that a loaner would immediately be available, and that there were limited number of cars available. I subsequently scheduled my vehicle for 30K routine maintenance service while having the diagnostic run. Mike later told me the diagnostic test failed so they couldn’t determine what was wrong. I agreed to pay 1/2 the diagnostic cost $44 even though it did nothing for me. I now have my RDX back after paying some $1,100+ for service, but not knowing what caused my problem for which I needed service. I haven’t had the engine light blink since, but then again I haven’t driven the car in S drive. I have serviced my Acura’s since 2002 at Courtesy, and have really raved about the quality. This last experience was a total disaster, and for which I blame a complete failure of communication at all levels. More
They forgot to change the percentage of oil on the indicator. It still says 40% instead of 100%. I normally have had perfect service from everybody there. Longer than expected serivce, broken component I have been using this dealership to service my 2006 Acura for the past couple of years. In the past, the service has been excellent, but this time a I have been using this dealership to service my 2006 Acura for the past couple of years. In the past, the service has been excellent, but this time around, no luck. I dropped off my car for standard service (oil change, tire rotate, etc). The first disappointment was that they have gotten rid of the free Uber service and had no available loaners. Though I should have expected this due to the pandemic, there was no communication that this service was discontinued. I was paying for my Uber to work that day and would have been fine paying for one back, but of course, my service was delayed. Ordinarily, this would have just been a bummer, but I was now over $100 in on Uber rides (Acura->work, work->home,home->work,work->Acura). When I picked up my car, it had not been washed (though they said it had been) and my outside temperature sensor was no longer working. I will be going to Mile High Acura in the future even though it is a further drive. More

Great 1st Maintenance Experience My first experience with the service dept. at Courtesy was awesome. Called to schedule an appointment, left a message and it was returned by COB that day. Discussed what needed to be done and love that they do early morning appointments on Saturday. Was told it would take about 90 min and I was done in about 60. Both people I dealt with were professional and friendly. Got my car back washed and even the front window was cleaned and sparkling on the inside. That was a nice touch. There was room enough and still social distance in the waiting area. Overall a fantastic experience. Matt was awesome. More

He discovered unexpected work, made sure it was covered by my warranty and held another tire company accountab and beyond to help Service my vehicle. On top of that, my daughter was gifted a hot wheels toy by another member of the team, and he explained how the engine works and popped the hood of a loaner car to show her. They also sanitized their desk spaces and pens before we approached with my young baby. It was a wonderful service experience! More
